1. Nature of the Service
Rent Easy provides informational tools and summaries based on self-reported data. Because the Service is digital and informational, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances below.
2. One-time charges
If you believe you were charged in error or could not access paid features after a successful payment, email support@rent-easy.net within 14 days of the charge with your account email and any transaction or receipt identifier your payment provider shows you. We will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund or restore access.
3. Plan access (Basic, Professional, Premium)
Plan fees are charged one time according to the plan you select at checkout (no recurring monthly renewal). Refunds are generally not provided once plan access has been delivered unless required by law or at our discretion when the Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access pending resolution. Please contact us first so we can help without disputing legitimate charges.
5. No guarantee of rental outcomes
Refunds are not granted solely because a rental application was denied. The Service does not guarantee approval and does not verify your information against third-party databases.
6. Contact
For refund requests, email support@rent-easy.net from your account email with enough detail to identify the charge (for example date, amount, and the last four digits of the card if applicable). You may also write to Kreatif Solutions at 2900 Illinois Ave Apt 903, Killeen, TX 76543. We will coordinate with our payment processor as needed to resolve valid requests.
